If you are under the age of 18, or lack capacity, you must be assisted by your guardian when using MillionBuy. 2. MillionBuy reserves the right to monitor, cancel or void any transaction. MillionBuy also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, further reserves the right to terminate accounts in its sole discretion without prior notice given to you. 3. You have to timely pay winning bid, sales tax and shipping charges which may change as deem necessary by MillionBuy. Unless otherwise noted, all fees are in U.S. dollars. Failure to pay fees on time may result in additional charges, suspension or cancellation of account, or actions taken by collection agency. 4. If a winning bidder doesn't pay within 3 days from auction ends date, MillionBuy has a right to terminate any winning bid and transaction. 5. You have to uphold your transaction agreements with other users. You will not interfere with the MillionBuy's operations, including price manipulation, feedback manipulation, or alteration of server information or data. 8.
